how Do you make a classic better?
Alistair Naylor started the ball rolling with this one when he created the Naylor TF1700 - a faithful replica that shared many of the components of the original 1950's MG TF but with a more modern, albeit '80s feel. Bigger engine, better suspension and more comfortable cabin without changing the look of the car. Still beautiful and soon to be officially a classic, with only 161 examples produced - what's not to like?

I'm James - founder of Reimagined Classics and a man on a mission to help you enjoy your classic more... This isn't about pimping your ride or massively redefining your classic car - it's about enjoying and using it more. I own several classic cars and drive thousands of miles a year. If the weather is fine then my commute is a classic!
Coming from a family of classic car restorers, Alastair and David founded Naylor Brothers Car Restorations in the '60's and Alastair went on to bring the Naylor TF to market in the '80s - more of that further on in the site if you are interested.
Its not about Concours D'Elegance although we will gladly build you a winning car and have a record of doing so - it's about the joy of classic motoring and the confidence to get in the car and drive wherever - I will leave that up to you...
